Leadership Academy for Young Women comprises accomplished women of color who are dedicated to effecting positive change in the lives of young women residing in underserved communities. As women leaders, we recognize the significance of providing representation and showcasing successful women from their communities. Our leadership team possesses unique qualifications to create environments that support marginalized girls. Our expertise is grounded in our collective knowledge and experience in both the K-12 and Higher Education sectors, where we have addressed girls' needs in areas such as
equity and access,  mental health, mentoring, and wellness.
